What does Elevated HR Consulting do?
Elevated HR Consulting is a full-service HR consulting and outsourcing firm. We handle as little or as much as you need, from as-needed consulting services to serving as your HR provider. We assist with all things HR – talent management, onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, compensation management, performance management, disciplinary assistance and documentation, compliance, policy creation, payroll, and much more!
How much do your services cost?
We build our monthly packages around each client’s specific needs, and quote based on unique company information, such as employee count, industry requirements, etc. We also offer hourly services for as-needed HR services. So, pricing really depends on what you are looking for!
Why do I need an HR partner?
HR is a lot, and it’s ever-changing! You need a partner to handle all things HR so that you can focus on running your business, not handling hiring, employee relations, payroll, etc. Not to mention, HR providers will ensure that you stay up-to-date-and compliant with the rules and regulations that are applicable to your business, helping to prevent employment claims, heavy fines, and even jail time!
Can you help us build our team?
Yes! We take the time-consuming part of recruiting off your hands by posting the opening to job boards, filtering through the candidates, and performing the initial phone screens. Our goal is to “weed out the bad” and forward only those candidates who “check all the boxes.” Our intelligent Applicant Tracking System (ATS) makes it easy to pass candidate information back and forth, and you can even request interviews or reject candidates directly from our portal.
When do I need Human Resources?
If you have (or plan on having) one or more employee(s), you need HR! Not only do you need a solid HR foundation in order to hire and grow, you also need HR to help anticipate and prevent risk. From making sure your workers are classified and paid correctly to ensuring your policies and procedures are compliant, HR is pivotal for a happy, healthy, and compliant business.
Why shouldn’t I just use a company like Bambee or use the HR package through my payroll company?
While these options might be good for very basic needs, you’re likely not getting certified, knowledgeable professionals. Often these companies have their employees reading from a script, or searching for answers in a database, instead of using real-life knowledge and experience. It’s also the norm to speak with a different representative every time you call, and most features are limited. Lastly, these companies are tailored to be a “one size fits all,” and do not specialize in any certain industry, company size, etc. The small team at Elevated HR prides themselves in building a relationship with their clients and learning about their specific needs in order to provide individualized service!
