These are just a few of the titles that Cynthia goes by these days. Known for being dedicated and dependable both in her personal and professional life, Cynthia has an unwavering ability to get the job done.
Since finishing her college career in 2014, Cynthia has had a passion for HR. Her love for people and numbers/data serves as the ideal combination for an HR Business Partner. With over twenty years of combined professional experience and education, Cynthia is able to offer a variety of services to assist your business with its unique HR needs.
Cynthia's reputation is one of integrity, trust, compassion, and common sense, backed by solid real-world experience, a strong educational background, and sound business judgment. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Clayton State University and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Valdosta State University. Cynthia is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
Cynthia uses a calculated, business-focused approach to her services. Knowledgeable in areas such as business development, employee relations, FLSA, compensation analysis, and payroll administration, Cynthia has made significant contributions to companies throughout her career. She has created and executed strategic human resources action plans, written employee handbooks, designed and gained acceptance for new departmental organizational structures, created and implemented new benefits programs, and successfully led change initiatives.
