Cynthia Jenkins, MBA, SPHR
Business Owner, Wife, Mother, Friend... These are just a few of the titles that I go by these days!
Since finishing my college career in 2014, I’ve had a passion for HR. My love for people and numbers/data serves as the ideal combination for an HR Business Partner.

I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Clayton State University and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Valdosta State University. I am a proud member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and hold both the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certifications.

​I use a calculated, business-focused approach to my services. Knowledgeable in areas such as business development, compliance, employee relations, FLSA classifications, compensation analysis, and payroll administration, I hope to have the opportunity to serve as your dedicated HR resource!

I'd love to share with you a little bit about me!
My family and I are originally from East Point, Georgia, and moved to Henry County in 2007.
I am the proud mother of a handsome 6-year-old little boy who's already found his passion in drawing. I love reading, writing, watching movies/TV shows from the 80's & 90's, and roller skating.
In March of 2024, I earned my Associate Professional in Human Resources certification (aPHR). In addition to Human Resources, my experience and skill set include office administration, gerontology, and copywriting.
It brings me joy to work in environments that allow me to help others and I look forward to assisting you with your company's HR needs!

My name is Megan Howard, and I am a wife and proud new mom to a beautiful baby boy.
I enjoy balancing my responsibilities at home with my passion for personal growth and career development. While my experience has been in healthcare, I am excited to embark on a new journey in Human Resources.
I love exploring new destinations and experiencing different cultures through travel in my free time. It’s an incredible way to broaden my horizons and create lasting memories. I also cherish quality family time, creating joyful moments, and strengthening the bond with my loved ones. I was born and raised in the beautiful state of Georgia.
I am driven by my desire to help others achieve their goals of running a successful business. Whether it be by providing support, guidance, or implementing effective HR practices, I am dedicated to making a positive impact.
