WHO WE ARE
Elevated HR Consulting, LLC was founded in 2022 with a clear mission: to help startups and small businesses bridge the HR gaps that often hinder growth and long-term success. We understand that emerging businesses typically don’t have the budget or immediate need for a full-time HR department — but that doesn’t mean they should have to go without expert support.

That’s where fractional HR services come in.

What Are Fractional HR Services?
Fractional HR means you gain access to strategic and operational HR support on a part-time, flexible basis — exactly when and how you need it.
At Elevated HR Consulting, we serve as an extension of your team — offering customizable HR solutions designed to meet your specific needs. THE ELEVATED HR TEAM

MEET THE FOUNDER
Cynthia Jenkins, MBA, SPHR

Balancing life as a business owner, wife, and mom of two keeps me on my toes—and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I thrive on meaningful connections, creative problem-solving, and yes, the occasional night out with live music, laughter, and a good martini in hand. When I’m not singing, socializing, or spending time with my family and friends, I’m channeling that same energy into helping businesses and people succeed through effective, compliant, and strategic HR practices.

My journey in Human Resources began shortly after earning my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Clayton State University in 2014. What started as a fascination with how people and data drive results quickly evolved into a lifelong passion. I later earned my Master of Business Administration from Valdosta State University, equipping me with the business insight to approach HR from both a people and profitability standpoint.

As a proud member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and a dual-certified professional holding both the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designations, I remain dedicated to upholding the highest standards of the profession.

With expertise in business development, compliance, employee relations, FLSA classifications, compensation analysis, and payroll administration, I take a calculated, business-minded approach to HR. My goal is to serve as a reliable, approachable partner for organizations looking to elevate their people operations and build workplaces where both employees and leaders can thrive.

Charisma Tuck
HR Support Specialist

Mentor, Leader, Friend, and Visionary — these are just a few of the titles I proudly carry!
Born and raised in Alabama, I’ve been shaped by Southern hospitality and a deep determination to achieve any goal set before me. I believe transparency, collaboration, and openness are the foundation of success, whether in our personal journeys or professional pursuits.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration from the University of West Alabama. For the past five years, I’ve worked in HR across corporate, agency, and consulting environments. My path into human resources began while working as a shift supervisor at Starbucks, where I learned firsthand how a single cup of coffee could change someone’s day. That experience sparked my desire to make a broader impact, leading me into HR through a nonprofit marketing agency — and I’ve been passionate about people and progress ever since.

I specialize in Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, and Compliance (multi-state and international). My approach is people-first and unbiased — meeting organizations where they are, building connection, and helping teams grow while ensuring compliance and alignment with company goals. This approach has helped reduce turnover, strengthen workplace culture, and promote lasting success.

Outside of work, I’m a Broadway enthusiast and storyteller who loves performing in community theatre, writing, and exploring new destinations. I also dedicate time to community service and philanthropy, and recently began pursuing content creation to inspire others through authentic connection.

I am passionate about helping every organization achieve its goals by investing in the people who make it all possible — the heart of every successful team.
